Aged in vats and in 2 and 3 year old barrels for a period of 6 to 8 months, depending on the year.
It will be a favourite of those who appreciate the special characteristics of the terroir, a combination of suppleness and harmony.

Serve at 17°. Should be allowed to breathe in a carafe.
Domaine de Lilotte

50% merlot | 35% cabernet sauvignon | 15% cabernet franc
Produced from a small enclosed vineyard that is of a piece, the Domaine de Lilotte estate, aged in vats, very young, balanced and fruity in flavour.
Its freshness will appeal to those who enjoy young wines and whose chief pleasure is sharing time with friends.
Serve between 16° and 17°. It can be left to breath in a carafe.
Clairet Haut-Macô
